How many invitations should I order?

Order in quantities of 10. Remember, one invitation per household. We recommend ordering an extra 10 for keepsakes and last-minute guests to save on future reprints.

What if I need to amend my invitation count?

Before production: Let us know if you need to adjust your count.

After production: No changes can be made once printing begins, so double-check your count before final approval.

When should I submit my wording?

We kindly ask that your wording is submitted by the date outlined in your deposit confirmation email. Once received, we’ll begin creating your digital mock up for review. If you happen to send your wording through a little earlier, we may be able to get started ahead of schedule, depending on our current bookings.

How long does the design and printing process take?

Timelines begin from your scheduled booking start date (outlined in your deposit confirmation email). From that date - and provided we’ve received your wording - please allow:

  • Digital Print - Allow 4 weeks for design, printing & shipping.
  • Letterpress - Allow 6 weeks for design, printing & shipping.
What if I need my invitations sooner?

We schedule your booking so you’ll receive your invitations around 4 months before your wedding. If you need them earlier, just let us know - we may be able to move you forward in our design schedule.

If it’s very soon and our calendar is full, we can usually accommodate a rush order. Simply email us if the dates provided don’t work for you - we’ll always do our best to help.

When will my invitations be sent to print?

Your invitations will be sent to print once we receive your final approval and payment, by the due date outlined in your deposit confirmation email. We print on a bi-weekly schedule, so if approval isn’t received in time, your order will simply move to the next print cycle.

Can I make changes to my design after it's been sent to print?

Once your design is approved and sent to print, no further changes can be made. Any changes before approval can be made within the 3 revision rounds included in your package.

Letterpress

Ink is pressed deep into 600gsm cotton
cardstock, creating a beautifully tactile impression.

Two Colour Letterpress
