EOFY Complimentary Add-On Promotion — Terms & Conditions

Valid for bookings confirmed with deposit paid by June 30, 2025. Limited to the first 10 bookings.

  • Limited to the first 10 bookings
    This offer is available exclusively to the first 10 couples who confirm their invitation suite booking by paying the deposit before June 30, 2025.

  • One complimentary add-on per booking
    Couples may choose one of the following:

    • A custom venue illustration — created in a simplified line-drawing style and featured within your final invitation design (digital or letterpress printing).

    • A digital Save the Date PDF — designed to match your selected suite, ready for email or social sharing.

  • Design notes

    • The Save the Date is digital-only. Fonts and layout are fixed, but wording and colour can be customised.

    • The venue illustration will be drawn to closely reflect your venue, though minor stylistic variation may occur. It is designed for use within your printed invitation only.

    • No standalone files, editable versions, or additional revisions are included with either option.

  • Add-on processing
    Complimentary add-ons will be scheduled from mid-June 2025 as part of our design queue.
    Your overall invitation suite design may begin sooner, depending on your booking timeline and project needs.

  • Eligibility
    Offer applies to full invitation suite bookings only. This includes:

    • The invitation

    • A details card

    • Envelopes

    • Guest addressing

  • Additional notes

    • This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

    • It cannot be applied retrospectively to existing or past bookings.

 



Wedding Invitations

1. Copyright

All designs, artworks, illustrations, prints, drawings, images and proofs are the sole property and copyright of Oak and Ivory. Under no circumstances may these be used, reproduced, copied, or imitated digitally or physically without written permission.

2. Booking & Approval

Wedding invitation bookings are only secured once a deposit has been paid. This deposit is non-refundable.
Design work will not begin until your wording form has been submitted. Final payment is required before we proceed to production. By approving your final design, you agree that all information and details are correct and ready for print.

3. Designs & Proofing

Our invitation collections include 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur a fee. 
It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve your final mock-up. Once your design is approved, no further changes can be made. Any reprints due to client error or change of mind will incur a reprint fee.

4. Colours & Mock-Ups

Colours shown in digital mock-ups, photos on our website, or in our Colour Palette Style Guide may appear differently when printed. Variations may occur due to screen calibration, lighting, paper type, and print method. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these natural variances.

5. Availability & Substitutions

Customisation options such as paper stocks, print finishes, or envelope colours are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that all colours or materials featured in our Colour Palette Style Guide or website will be available at the time of your order, particularly during peak seasons or due to supplier changes.
If a selected item is unavailable, we will contact you and present alternative options. In cases where a specific colour or stock is out of stock, we will offer the closest available match after discussing it with you. By ordering, you acknowledge that availability is subject to change and agree to be flexible with substitutions if needed.

6. Timeframes

Turnaround times vary depending on the season, design complexity, and our production capacity. Delays in feedback, approvals, or payments may affect your delivery timeline. We recommend placing your order well in advance to avoid disappointment.

7. Shipping

All wedding invitation orders are shipped with tracking, and you will be notified by email once your parcel has been dispatched. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of order.
We take great care in packaging your order, but we are not liable for any delays, damages or losses that occur while your parcel is in transit with the postal or courier service.

7.1 International Shipping, Customs & Import Duties

Oak and Ivory is based in Australia and ships internationally upon request. All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country’s government or postal authorities.

These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices, and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for checking your country’s import regulations before placing your order.

  • Oak and Ivory is not liable for any customs delays, charges, or returns caused by unpaid import duties or local postal handling.

  • If a parcel is held, delayed, returned, or destroyed due to unpaid duties or customs-related issues, no refunds will be issued by Oak and Ivory.

We recommend that international clients closely monitor their tracking and respond promptly to any notices from local customs or postal services.

8. Refunds

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of wedding invitations, we are unable to offer refunds. If an error is present in the final design after client approval, the cost of any reprinting falls on the client.

9. Publication

We may share images of your stationery on our website, social media, and in promotional material. Personal details such as email addresses, phone numbers or mailing addresses will be obscured or removed. If your wedding date is shown before your event, it will be hidden.
If you prefer your stationery not to be featured in our marketing or social media, please let us know in writing prior to production.

10. Pricing & Changes

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Adjustments may occur in response to supplier cost increases or changes in tax or production costs.

 



Prints & Cards

1. Copyright

All artwork, illustrations, designs and prints sold through Oak and Ivory remain the intellectual property of Oak and Ivory and may not be reproduced, copied or used in any form without written permission.

2. Processing & Shipping

We aim to dispatch all print and card orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or damaged during transit once they have been handed over to the shipping provider.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and check all details before completing your order.
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at info@oakandivory.com.au with photographs of the damage. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

4. Colours

Please note that colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to in print. This is due to screen calibration differences and the nature of printed materials. We do our best to accurately represent our products, but small variations are to be expected.

5. Pricing

All pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD) and subject to change without notice.
